Ellesmere Port & Neston Police News Bulletin
21 to 30 July 2021
If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:

  • Rossmore
  • Meadow Lane – Storage unit at ‘Ideal Storage’ found with its lock cut off and left under container.  Not known at this time if anything taken from within.
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS:

  • Parkgate
  • School Lane – Up and over garage door found open.  Weight lifting bar and old fashioned pitchfork taken. 
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Victoria Road – Door panel and handle on front door damaged.
  • Rossmore
  • New Grosvenor Road – Flat within Holy mere has bottom section of bedroom window shattered.
  • Hallwood Walk – Service cabinet, within communal area of flats entered and cables ripped out of connectors.
  • Neston
  • Frobisher Road – Glue put into lock on front door.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Waterworks Lane – Shelter within horse field entered and items thrown around and damaged.
  • Netherpool
  • Bailey Avenue – Fencing to the rear of the property kicked causing damage.
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

  • Ellesmere Port East
  • Dundee Court - Unknown person entered the communal area to the flats and removed a parcel left outside one of the doors.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Croesmere Drive – Parcel left at address taken.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Exeter Road – Whilst parked unattended on road window wiper on Police van damaged.
  • Whitby
  • Avondale – Suzuki Swift has brick thrown through windscreen.
