Ellesmere Port & Neston News Bulletin
2nd to 7th February 2018
 Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Ewloe Court – Front door to upper floor flat kicked causing lock to pop.  Believed offender/s have only entered the hall area and nothing has been taken. 
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Malvern Avenue – During the overnight period entry has been gained onto the building site by offender/s climbing over the boundary fence.  Damage caused to the security cameras and timber taken from within. 
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS:
  • Rossmore
  • Church Walk – Slide lock on shed opened to gain entry.  CBoardman road bike in black with white forks taken.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Bunbury Green – Paint thrown over convenience store. 
  • Grange
  • Sutton Way – 2 separate incidents reported relating to damage at 2 separate properties. 1st - Full plastic bottle of milkshake thrown at door causing glass pane within to smash. – Named suspect. 2nd – Front door kicked in causing damage to the lock and the door to come off the hinges.
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Penn Gardens – Slide lock on gate released to gain entry into rear garden.  Saracen mountain bike in red and black taken. 
  • Grange
  • Sutton Way – Unknown male enters bike sheds at Cheshire West College carrying a bag which has contained a set of bolt croppers.  After cutting through 2 locks on a bike he has been disturbed by a student and left empty handed.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks – Skoda Kodiaq, parked in car park A has front passenger window smashed and stones found on the passenger seat. – Possibility the damage has been caused by building work next to the parking area.
