Burglary
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Coliseum Way – Large group of males entered ‘Burger King’ and place order.  Whilst all staff are away from the counter preparing food 1 male jumps onto the counter and opens tills.  2 females then reach over and remove cash from tills. 
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks – Shed/out building which forms part of the Christmas tree broken into and damage caused to items inside, including Santa sleigh.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Parkgate
  • Cross Street – Damage caused to plastic panel on front door causing it to crack.  Broken bottle found nearby.
  • Grange
  • Earls Gardens – Outer pane of double glazed window smashed.
  • Regent Street – Outer pane of double glazed window cracked.
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Market Square – Boardman Comp bike in blue, white and yellow taken from outside ‘Asda’.  Friends bike had lock cut but was not taken.
 Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
 
  • Netherpool
  • Rossmore Road East – BMW 318, parked on driveway, entered by smashing front drivers window and driven away by unknown means. – Vehicle located in Asda car park, Ellesmere Port.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks – BMW 325, parked on 2nd floor of multi storey car park has one wiper removed, the housing dropping back against the screen causing it to crack.
  • Whitby
  • Whitby Park – Vauxhall Zafira has wing mirror damaged by male youth after verbal altercation on the park. – Named suspect.
  • Rossmore
  • Grosvenor Wharf – Nissan Qashquai, parked in parking area scratched along the side with an unknown implement as well as having 2 front tyres slashed.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Burton Road – Mercedes A180 has offside wing mirror kicked off and scratched made to the paintwork by a group of unknown youths who had entered driveway.
  • Netherpool
  • Naylor Crescent – Ford Fusion, parked in car park of ‘Mayfield's’ Care Home has windscreen cracked with an unknown implement by an unknown offender.
Other incidents of note…
  • Festival Park – 2 youths walking through park around 1030pm confronted by 2 unknown males who tell them to empty their pockets.  1 male reached into pocket of youth and removes a mobile phone. A fight then ensures between all four before they have left the area.
  • Station Road – Male entered ‘McColls’ and threatens staff with a knife before making off with the contents of the till.
