CCTV appeal and crime prevention advice

This is to inform you that unfortunately 2 males have been seen interfering with vehicles on the ambulance station car park in Lower Heath, Congleton. One of these vehicles was an ambulance.  This incident occurred at 05:45hrs on 30th December 2017. Please take note of the below crime prevention advice to deter theft from motor vehicles.


Make sure windows and doors are locked

  1. Activate all security devices
  2. Always park your car in a safe, well-lit place and use a garage if possible
  3. Consider fitting lockable gates to drives
  4. Never leave your keys in any place where they can be reached through the letterbox with a hook and cane and out of plain sight
  5. If you have CCTV please check it for the times quoted above as it may help with lines of enquiry.


If you have seen any suspicious vehicles, persons or have any other information, please contact us via 101 quoting incident 170 30/12/2017.
